Hi I’m Alex — a Brit who’s lived in New York City for the last decade. I specialize in organizational consulting, fractional COO leadership, executive and leadership coaching, and partnership strategy, with 15+ years of experience across philanthropy, nonprofit leadership, social impact, and cross-sector collaboration.
My work has included supporting founders and executive teams, facilitating leadership development, and helping mission-driven organizations navigate periods of growth, transition, and systems change, and managing multi-year philanthropic pooled funds and grantmaking initiatives, leading partnerships and operations. Over the years, I’ve worked across sectors including health, education, human rights, social entrepreneurship, arts and culture, eco-spirituality, and community development.
What I love most about this work is helping organizations strengthen the internal foundations behind the mission — especially during moments of uncertainty, growth, or transition. I’m deeply interested in how healthy systems, clear communication, strong relationships, and values-aligned leadership create the conditions for more resilient communities and more sustainable long-term impact. I care about helping organizations not only grow, but grow in ways that are grounded, human-centered, adaptable, and capable of responding to the complexity of the world we’re living in. Much of my work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens through relationships, trust, collaboration, and investing in the long-term wellbeing of communities.
